Join us from 6:00pm - 9:00pm on March 27, 2025 for an elegant evening celebrating the flavors of the season. This Iberian Wine Dinner is a thoughtfully curated dining experience, showcasing a six-course menu of artfully prepared dishes paired with exceptional wines.
Each course is designed to highlight the season's finest ingredients. Expertly paired wines will compliment the flavors of each dish, creating a harmonious journey for the palate. This dining experience is $160 per person (21+ only) and includes tax as well as gratuity.

This will be a private event at Crow's Bench and will be closed for the public, however, guests not partaking in the Wine Dinner may still order drinks from the bar.

imported from Spain, cured 26 months
Second Course - Pan Con Tomate
grilled sourdough topped with goat cheese, charred tomato, imported white Spanish anchovy, & parsley oil
Third Course - Spanish Octopus & Chorizo (GF, DF)
grilled octopus & chorizo imported from Spain, roasted sweet potato, ajo perejil, & balsamic reduction
Fourth Course - Strawberry Gazpacho (GF, DF, V)
garnished with in season strawberries, cucumbers, & mint
Fifth Course - Coastal Paella (GF, DF)
imported bomba rice sautéed in saffron sofrito & topped with prawns, mussels, charred lemons, & ajo perejil
Dessert - Pistachio Matcha Ice Cream & Caramel (GF)
topped with crushed pistachios, chocolate, & Maldon sea salt
