Located 83 miles from Spokane, Washington in the rugged Selkirk Mountains of Idaho’s panhandle, Schweitzer boasts 2,900 acres of skiable terrain. Terrain that offers a mix of high angle groomers, gladed tree runs, and wide-open bowl skiing and riding. Whether arriving by plane, train, automobile, or any combo - getting here couldn't be easier. Coming from the Spokane airport, there's no mountain passes to cross (like I-70), no long canyon roads (big or little), just one left turn off the interstate and a scenic 9 mile drive up the mountain. If driving after the sun sets, be prepared to wake up to a stunning view!
