THE TERRAIN

Schweitzer is home to 16 marked downhill mountain biking trails along with over 30 multi-use trails. The terrain is diverse with bike parks, rocky trails, rolling hills, and plenty of send worthy features. But don't worry, for those searching for more laid back excursion, there are more approachable mountain biking trails accessible from the Village along with hiking trails for those who prefer sticking to their own two feet. No matter your adventure - hiking, biking, huckleberry picking, or simply riding the chairlift, enjoy!

THE VIEWS

Schweitzer's views are spectacular to say the very least. Overlooking Idaho's largest lake, biking or hiking down Schweitzer Bowl offers the ultimate backdrop of Lake Pend Oreille. Looking for the best selfie spot? If you head to the summit via the Great Escape, soak in 360-degree views of neighboring mountain ranges in Montana, Washington, and Canada.
