We invite you to discover Humbird, Schweitzer’s intimate boutique hotel. Staying in one of Humbird's 31 rooms puts you at the center of Schweitzer Village, providing ski-in/ski-out access to the largest ski area in Idaho. Humbird amenities include a rooftop hot tub, coworking space, Glass Room gathering room, ski locker access and dining at Crow's Bench. Room amenities include boot and glove dryer, air purifier, locally crafted soaps, binoculars, and more.
Constructed in 2022 Humbird's design is rooted in the architectural heritage of Schweitzer basin, with an exterior shaped through cross laminated timber (CLT), metal panels, and large expanses of glass, offering stunning views of mountain and lake. Structural elements are exposed and highlighted to enhance the sense of warmth inside the lodge.

Winter Lodging Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposits: A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure reservations. The final balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival, at which point the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellations: Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the 25% non-refundable deposit. Total outstanding balances for reservations are due and charged 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 days of a reservation’s arrival date, the total amount for the reservation is non-refundable and the trip dates are non-changeable. Purchasing Spot Insurance is highly recommended.
