Hikes, Bikes, and Brews

Taking place one Friday a month, Schweitzer's Activity Center invites you to hike or bike your way to Rowdy Grouse for an afternoon of sunshine, beer, and the great outdoors! Pack your own picnic and meet us up at the Rowdy Grouse for a Friday afternoon gathering. We'll have yard games, arts and crafts, water guns and buckets of water balloons for some good old fashioned summer fun. The Rowdy Grouse will be serving up snacks, water, soda, and ice cold adult beverages for purchase.

The easiest way to get to the Rowdy Grouse is to hike or bike up the Service Road, which is approximately 1.4 miles. An alternative is taking the Great Escape chairlift to the summit, hiking down the Great Divide, using the Nature Trail and Colburn Lake Connector Trail.
