Summer Community Day

This is opening weekend for Schweitzer and the unofficial kickoff to summer for Sandpoint and Bonner County! To celebrate, we’re inviting Bonner County non-profit organizations up to Schweitzer so you can see what the county has to offer all in one place. There will be local food trucks, musicians, and more all at Schweitzer for the day! In addition, rides on the Great Escape Quad will be discounted so you can take a ride up and check out the Sky House at the summit of the mountain! Our summer amenities will be in full swing, including the Trampoline Jumper, climbing wall, mountain biking*, hiking, geocaching, and more.

Key Details:

• Chairlift and all businesses are open 11:00am-5:00pm. Live music in the village with John Firshi 11:00am-1:00pm & Jackson Roltgen 2:00-4:00pm.
• Schweitzer F&B outlets will operate under normal hours. Additionally, Cajun Kettle and Mandala Pizza Food Truck will be on site.
• Free music and $10 scenic chairlift rides & MTB lift passes! All ticket proceeds will be donated to Bonner County Human Rights Task Force.
